I thought you might like to know that we have just finished producing our new TV ad using one of Damien's songs. We are really pleased that we were able to use such as great piece of music to help get our message across.

What a terrific use of a lovely song - it really is a refreshingly different song and mood. Did Lifeline contact you Braffy? I notice it didn't come up under a Damien Leith search.

Yes Gavin from Lifeline sent me the email with the details. I think it is a great video and I am very grateful to Gavin for sending it for us to see before it hits the TV airways.

Did they skip some of the song at the start? I've only watched it once (a few days ago so I can't remember it properly), but it seemed like they played the intro of the song then skipped straight to the chorus.

Braffy, how come Gavin contacted you about it? Do you know him?

And did you know that (at least in Sydney) The Sun Herald will be giving away a free cd of past Australian Idols this Sunday? It includes Damien Leith's original song, "Shine Like the Sun".

Wow, that alone would make it worth getting your hand on a copy. Remember to pick it up from the newsagency who does your deliveries, if you get your paper delivered.
