I'm using this pic

1. Duplicate the layer.
2. Use a brush with the foreground white colour the bottom layer with it.
3. Now on the top layer,get out your magic wand tool. Put it on the backround then hit backspace to delete it. Do it until you can see the white layer on the bottom (you might need to use the rubber tool)
4. When you finished that go Filter--->Brush Shrokes---> Crosshatch
5. Put the "Storke Length" on 3 , "Sharpness " on 1 and "Strength" on 1 and press ok.
6. Add a new layer on top of it and set the foreground to #FDFA07
7. Then go to Filter-->Render-->Clouds then set the layer to soft light and Opacity 100%
8. Then add a new layer and put the foreground to #1200FC
9. Then go to Filter-->Render-->Clouds and put the layer on Screen Opacity 100%
10. Then made a new layer and put the foreground on #FC001E
11. Then you do the same go to Filter--->Render--->Clouds and put the layer on soft light, Opacity 100%
12. Then make a new layer put the foreground on #24FE00
13. Then go to Filter-->Render-->Clouds then put the layer on screen and the opacity 25% and the fill 50%
14. Merge Visible ( Shift+Ctrl+E)
15. Duplicate Layer
16. Then set the top layer on Color Burn Opacity 50%
17. then Merge Visible

Open a picture you want to use.Im using this pic

1. Use the rubber or magic wand to get the background off
2. Make a new layer and put it behind the picture
3. Make the layer white with the paint bucket
4. Make 5 new layer on top of the picture.
   For the colours layer(down bottom) go to Filter-->Render--.>Clouds. Do it for all the colour layers
5. Fill the first layer on top of the picture #0326FC-Soft Light Opacilty 100%
6. Fill the second layer on the picture #FCD603-Screen Opacity 40%
7. Fill the 3rd layer on top of the picture #FC0309-Soft Light Opacity 60%
8. Fill the 4th layer on top of the picture #0FFC03-Screen Opacity 50%
9. Fill the 5th layer on top of the picture #FC035B-Soft Light Opacity 100%
10. Merge Visible Shift+Ctrl+E
11. Duplicate the Layer and set it on Color Burn
12. Then Merge Visible Shift+Ctrl+E

1. Make 3 new layer on top of the picture.
   Do this to all layer Filter-->Render-->Clouds,Do this after you set the foreground colour layer
2. First layer after the picture #FE0202 Soft Light Opacity 100%
3. Second layer after the picture #0136FD Screen Opacity 22%
4. Third layer after the picture #03FD0F Soft Light Opacity 50%
5. Merge Visible Shift+Ctrl+E
6. Duplicate Layer
7. Set the top layer Color Burn Opacity 100%
8. Merge Visible Shift+Ctrl+E

I was wondering where i could go to get a tutorial for adobe to start making sigs. I need to know like how to use the effects & stuff like that. Just about anything there is to know about how to make sigs. Any information would be great

a tutorial...seen that gaara smudge outcome in a tut...same render..same placement..but they did better at the smudging..
